Personal data

Type and scope of data processing
When you visit our website, we collect the personal data that your browser automatically transmits to our server. This information is temporarily saved in a so-called log file. Duration of storage
The duration of storage of these log files is determined by our hosting provider and cannot be influenced by us. As a rule, this is a maximum of 60 days. The collection of data for provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is mandatory for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility for the user to object. A further storage can take place in individual cases, if this is legally prescribed.

The compliance of data collection is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO, since there is a parallel interest in establishing contact and communication between you and our company as well as a legitimate company interest in the processing of the above-mentioned data in order to be able to process your request.

Duration of storage
The duration of storage of the data above depends on the background of your contact. Your data will be deleted regularly if the intended purpose of the communication no longer applies and storage is no longer necessary (e.g. after final processing of your request).

According to Art. 15 DSGVO you can request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you may request information on the processing purposes, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be shared, the scheduled period of storage, the existence of right of rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of right of complaint, the origin of your data, if it has not been collected from us, about a transfer to third countries or to international organisations and about the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, significant information on its details.

In accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, you may immediately request correction of incorrect personal data or completion of your personal data saved by us.

In accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, you may request the deletion of your personal data saved by us, unless such processing is necessary for practising the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

In accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, you can request the restriction of processing your personal data as long as as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, we no longer need the data and you refuse its deletion because you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. You are also entitled to the right under Art. 18 DSGVO if you have objected against the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO.

In accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, you may ask to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or you can require the transmission to another responsible party.

In accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO, you can revoke your consent to us at any time. As a result, we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future.

Right of appeal
In accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence, your place of work or our company headquarters. Automated decisions including profiling

We do not use fully automated decision making in accordance with Art. 22 DSGVO to establish and conduct business relationships. Profiling does not take place.

Changes to our data protection declaration

We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always corresponds to the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. Your renewed visit to our website will then be subject to the new data protection declaration.

Use of script libraries (Google Web Fonts)

In order to present our content correctly and graphically appealing with all browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (www.google.com/webfonts/).
